Before starting his own carpet and flooring company, Just Floored owner Rick Lassiter spent 14 successful years as Sherwin-Williams' only Floor Covering Representative for the entire Hampton Roads area.

Rick understands hardwood flooring from the home and commercial standpoint as well as anyone in the region. He and his team of home hardwood floor specialists install hardwood flooring for new construction single family homes, multifamily construction, retail, light commercial and more.

Since opening Just Floored in 2006, Rick and his team have served a loyal base of clients in Hampton Roads with beautifu and enduring hardwood floors. We specializes in Standard ¾” x 2 ¼” Solid and 3” x 3/8” Engineered Red Oak Natural Prefinished Hardwood floors as well as other great hardwood flooring. We work with all the major suppliers in the hardwood industry, including Bruce, Mullican, Mohawk, Shaw, Robina, LM, Harris, Armstrong and BR111.

We also work with the smaller more specialized mills servicing "unique" hardwood products not found at the big box stores such as Lowes and Home Depot.
