About Just Floored, Inc.
Just Floored is a full-service floor covering operation located in Fort Monroe, Virginia. We serve the Tidewater and the Virginia peninsula including Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, Norfolk, Suffolk, Hampton, Newport News and Williamsburg areas.
We offer fine carpets, hardwood, laminate, luxury vinyl tile, decorative vinyl, ceramic tile and natural stone flooring options.
Our public showroom hours are Monday to Friday from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm. We also arrange appointments at our showroom outside of our regular business hours to accommodate clients’ busy schedules.
Just Floored has been in business since June 2006. Our owner, Rick, spent thirteen years learning the trade with Sherwin-Williams, giving him over 24 years of experience in the flooring industry.
We offer flooring service to both residential and commercial customers. We currently cater to many new-construction builders, who are building everything from entry level townhouses and single family homes right up to the most luxurious multi-million dollar properties.

The Just Floored team are experts in flooring and interior design. They have extensive product knowledge. We pride ourselves on finding just the right product for the customer’s home and lifestyle. Our clients love our attention to detail and the difference quality makes in their finished project.
We are always looking at ways to innovate within industry and serve our clients better. With our sister store, Lock and Key Furnishings Ltd., we have expanded our capacity to offer customers quality home furnishings to complement their flooring projects. We sell customized upholstery, wood products such as tables, chairs, buffets and hutches, area rugs and high end hardwood floors at our location in Williamsburg, VA.
In the future, Just Floored plans to start building the homes for which we supply furniture and flooring. This turnkey approach will make us unique and permit us to apply our customer-first philosophy to the entire home construction process.
In addition to our best-in-class customer service and extensive flooring expertise, Just Floored works hard to do its part for the environment. We recycle all our cardboard received with orders. We are very conscientious about using only FSC certified hardwoods. Also, all vendors must meet very strict LACEY requirements.
We are active within our community and support various causes including The Make-A-Wish Foundation, The Children's Cancer Recovery Foundation and are huge supporters of St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
